Welcome to our beautiful Hawaiian home! This desirable west-facing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner unit provides an excellent view of the swimming pool, the ocean and the island of Lanai. It overlooks the newly renovated pool, hot tub, cabana and barbecue area which will add to your daily enjoyment. Being a corner unit, there are additional beautiful garden views from the side windows! The kitchen has been completely remodeled and will meet all of your culinary and dining needs! The master bathroom was completely remodeled providing a large walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. The second bathroom was recently remodeled providing a tub/shower combination and double vanity sinks. Numerous upgrades throughout the condo include new carpeting and drapes, as well as new living room, dining room and lanai furniture. Our unit sleeps 6 comfortably on new Simmons Beauty rest mattresses with a California King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a new Queen size sofa bed in the living room. Three new flat-screen TVs, 3 new DVD players, CD stereo and stereo system with iPod dockware provided for your enjoyment. In addition, there are new ceiling fans in the living room, both bedrooms and 2nd bathroom. Watch the frolicking whales and beautiful sunset views from the lanai. We are happy to share our Maui home with you and hope you feel as totally relaxed and comfortable here as we do!!

  We had a great stay here with super location, close to everything. Katana village offers a pool, hot tub and sits right on the beach. Our condo was nicely stocked with linens, towels as well as the kitchen. Staff was warm and welcoming. They also threw residences a mai tai party which was done soo well and included entertainment.

  This property is a beautiful place to stay. Maui tends to be very crowded, but you can get away from all the crowds at this property. Unit 17 has a gorgeous view of the ocean and is a well stocked condo.

  We noticed cigarette smoke and learned that smoking is allowed on lanai, which means smoke drifts in upstairs units. Management talked to our downstairs smokers, and situation improved. Unit was awash with plastic , and glass top tables with lethal (for kids) square corners. Pool is very nice, beach ok, but nice to hear the waves all night. Moderate traffic noise. I think it is overpriced.

  KV is an amazing place located in a superb location with excellent facilities. When we arrived all the way from Melbourne, Australia it was like a heaven for us. We were so tired and after checking-in all our tireness disappeared. We had a very good vacation here. The kitchen is fully loaded with almost every utensil and kitchen condiments available. You don't have to run to supermarket to buy cooking bowls. We had our kid 3rd birthday celebrated at the outside shed with BBQ. It was memorable and the BBQ equipment is in very good condition. Overall KV is a must stay place if you can afford :) Only complaint we had is the balcony overseeing the beach has slippery surface and when it rains its very dangerous our little girl fell once and her head hit the floor. Thankfully she didn't had any major injury. In fact, my friends staying in Unit#16 also had the same experience on their balcony with their 3 year old. Other than this issue we have no complaints. They have stunning garden which has some lively animals you will see when you step out. We saw geckos and a Mongoose. My son was thrilled! We will be here anytime.
